The Position
Support the site strategic master plan and related strategic processes linking site strategies/expansion targets and short-/long-term site goals. Provide business analysis and insights to support decision-making and follow-up. Partner with stakeholders to develop and communicate short- and long-term site strategy.
Essential Functions
- Support improvement opportunities and solve business challenges using process area knowledge and business insights
- Facilitate and collaborate across areas to develop and implement the site strategic plan and processes
- Meet deliverables by designated timelines
- Communicate results to key site, corporate, and global stakeholders
- Develop/facilitate plan approval and timely reporting of annual target results to senior leadership
- Deliver formal submissions and ad-hoc requests within area of expertise
- Prepare materials for business review meetings
- Maintain process alignment to the site master plan (investment prioritization, risk reporting, strategic targets, volume projections, financial budgets)
- Collaborate to align site strategy with global directives/guidance
- Follow all safety and environmental requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, finance, or related field (required)
- 3+ years experience in manufacturing/maintenance/process (preferred: pharmaceutical manufacturing)
- 2+ years strategy or management consulting (required)
- 1+ year strategy deployment & long-term target setting (required)
- 1+ year driving strategic projects and advising senior leadership (required)
- Advanced corporate finance systems knowledge (plus)
