Associate Specialist, Value Stream Cryo Operations

Role: Associate Specialist in Value Stream Cryo Operations supporting cell therapy manufacturing at Bristol Myers Squibb. Responsibilities: handle patient material cryopreservation, storage, transfer, and disposal; maintain GMP-compliant chain of custody and inventory records; assist with investigations, deviations, and process improvements; support cold chain logistics and batch record documentation; ensure timely execution of cryopreservation activities. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 0-4 years manufacturing or operations experience; knowledge of cGMP, cold chain storage, and biological/clinical processes; proficiency in MS Office and technical writing; ability to work in ISO 5 cleanroom, lift/move materials, and work various shifts including OT; experience with human blood components and liquid nitrogen handling preferred. HighValue: cell therapy (CAR T), GMP manufacturing, cryopreservation, blood/bio-material handling, shift-based work in a BSL2 environment. WorkSetup: onsite in Summit, NJ; shift hours 5 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. with potential for OT.
