Role Summary

Associate Specialist, Supply Chain Management, Early Leadership Development Program. The ELDP provides two one-year rotational assignments with potential for a global role, with executive coaching, mentoring, and networking across all Supply Chain functions. The program develops core supply chain knowledge through experiences in Supply Chain Management, Global Trade compliance, Demand Fulfillment, and Distribution & Logistics.

Responsibilities

  • Engage in rotational assignments across Supply Chain functions to develop core knowledge and pathways for future roles.
  • Support demand planning and fulfillment to ensure inventory availability and on-time, in-full product delivery.
  • Contribute to logistics and trade compliance activities and apply advanced data analytics and robotic process automation where applicable.

Qualifications

  • Required: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain/Logistics, Bio Engineering, Engineering/Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Material Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • Required: Proficient in Excel and advanced analytics methods.
  • Required: Highly organized, customer-focused with proactive problem-solving mindset.
  • Required: Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to engage senior management.
  • Required: Ability to work both collaboratively and independently under pressure; adaptable to a rapidly changing environment.
