Associate Specialist, Engineering

Role: Associate Specialist in Technical Operations supporting vaccine manufacturing process improvements at a Durham, NC facility. Objectives: deliver continuous improvement projects, enhance compliance, efficiency, and yield; provide technical troubleshooting; author and update manufacturing documentation; support regulatory inspections; and collaborate across functions. Responsibilities: implement and support process/equipment investigations, design experiments, manage projects to meet compliance and deadline targets, and support safety and environmental goals. Requirements: BS in Engineering or Sciences, strong communication and teamwork skills, project management ability. Preferred: experience in biologics, vaccines, or sterile manufacturing, and familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma tools. High-value: vaccine/biologics manufacturing; process optimization; regulatory support; GxP environment; up to 10% travel. Work setup: onsite in Durham, with travel; no specific remote arrangements noted.
