Associate Specialist, Engineering (BTS - Biotechnology and Solutions)

Role: Associate Specialist, Engineering supporting vaccine and biological process development and manufacturing within biotech operations. Responsibilities: support bioreactor runs, execute lab experiments and assays, maintain lab organization, collaborate across manufacturing, R&D, and quality teams, and participate in process troubleshooting and optimization. Requirements: High School diploma with 5+ years in vaccine/biologics manufacturing or Bachelor's in Biochemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or related fields; strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams. Preferred: experience in bioprocess scale-up, vaccine manufacturing, USDA regulations, GMP compliance, statistics, and molecular biology. High-Value: focus on biologicals/vaccines, process development, manufacturing support, and cross-functional collaboration. Work setup: on-site with occasional after-hours or weekend work; 10% travel.
