Responsibilities:
- Support development and execution of pre-launch, launch, and ongoing HCP-related brand/therapy area objectives and digital activation strategies
- Contribute to prioritizing HCP needs, opportunities, and sales forecasting to drive effective brand performance
- Develop a nimble content model for social/digital based on HCP targeting, digital trends, and market research
- Lead development of holistic omnichannel tactical plans to support HCP marketing strategy and HCP reach; enhance paid social targeting
- Partner with analytics to monitor KPIs, improve insight report-outs, analyze tactic effectiveness, and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
- Lead creation of promotional, engagement, and experience programs/materials (including personalization for key HCP segments); ensure compliant, unified content across social channels
- Lead development of a sustainable content repository and end-to-end content development/approval/trafficking process
- Manage marketing budget and agency budgets; review and scrutinize budget requests; ensure appropriate resource use to meet profitability goals
- Apply โtest and learnโ principles to continuously improve HCP interactions and recommend execution enhancements
- Support marketing budget management and optimized, compliant resource allocation
Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree required; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of progressively responsible experience, including sales and/or brand management/HCP marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry (required)
- Deep knowledge of social marketing and HCP non-personal promotion across digital platforms
- Experience with media planning
- Strong project management skills; ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams
- Ability to develop continuously improving marketing strategies and translate insights into actionable evolution
