Job Description:
Independently perform analyses and implement data, software, or technology solutions to deliver precise, reliable, and reproducible products in a timely manner, under the direction of a more senior leader. Demonstrate technical precision and strong analytical skills. Possess good understanding of software development and technology infrastructure (servers, storage, network connectivity, virtualization/cloud), and general understanding of data integration/warehousing, and data analysis and visualization tools.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine tasks competently and independently and generate reliable and consistent results.
- Analyze and critique results, noting significant variances or deviations from ServiceNow best practice.
- Troubleshoot workflows, access, portal, and reporting issues.
- Demonstrate skill in multiple techniques and appropriately modify protocols as required to suit changing HR business needs.
- Learn and understand new ServiceNow functionalities.
- Produce and maintain required technical documentation associated with deliverables.
- Participate in requirement gathering for new ServiceNow HR requests.
- Understand and adhere to corporate standards, including Corporate/Divisional Policies, code of conduct, safety, GxP compliance, data security, and the software development lifecycle.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelorโs degree and at least two years of related experience OR a masterโs degree in a related education field.
- Hands-on experience building or maintaining ServiceNow catalogs, administering the platform, or optimizing workflows to support business processes.
- Theoretical and practical knowledge to carry out job functions.
Preferred:
- Configuration and/or development experience with ServiceNow HRSD.
- Experience working in an Agile Framework.
- Technical requirement gathering experience.
- Python scripting.
