The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, training junior staff, and supporting animal welfare and SOP adherence. Requirements: BS/MS in Biology or Pharmacology (or 5-8 years relevant experience), proficiency in mouse handling and dosing techniques, experience with cancer or immunotherapy models, strong organizational and communication skills, and independent work capability. Preferred skills: experience with study management software, rodent surgery, tissue culture, and cellular biology assays.
