Associate Scientist, Product Biochemistry

Role: Associate Scientist in Product Biochemistry supporting reagent characterization and optimization for multiple therapeutic programs. Responsibilities: perform biochemical, biophysical, and binding analyses (e.g., SPR/Biacore) to evaluate protein reagents' identity, purity, stability, and binding performance; support reagent modification and conjugation activities; document findings; communicate results; maintain laboratory instrumentation; contribute to scientific discussions. Requirements: BS/MS in Biochemistry, Biophysics, or related field; 0–3+ years' lab experience; strong organizational and communication skills; initiative and technical aptitude. Preferred: proficiency with FPLC/HPLC, electrophoresis, spectroscopy, light scattering; understanding of protein structure/function and biopharma industry experience. High-value: biological reagents, protein analysis, biopharmaceutical context, hands-on laboratory environment. Work setup: on-site in Tarrytown, NY; minimal travel; full-time, standard hours.
