Role: Associate Scientist, Process Development supporting cell therapy manufacturing at Cabaletta Bio, focusing on refining, developing, and transferring autologous T-cell therapy processes. Responsibilities: execute experimental plans, design DoE studies to optimize processes, support clinical-scale process transfer to CDMOs, develop and review electronic Batch Records, maintain data integrity, and identify new manufacturing technologies. Requirements: B.S. with 3+ years or M.S. with 1+ years in cGMP process development/mfg, experience with T-cell or immunological cell therapies, process scale-up, tech transfer, and process optimization; knowledge of flow cytometry and bioassays is a plus. Preferred: automation experience, strong organization, problem-solving, and communication skills. High-Value: focus on autologous cell therapies, cGMP regulations, process development, and transfer to clinical manufacturing. Collaboration: work closely with MSAT, Analytical Development, QA, Regulatory, supply chain, and external CMOs. WorkSetup: On-site Philadelphia; travel up to 10%, occasional overtime.
