Role: Associate Scientist supporting development, optimization, and qualification of cell-based and molecular potency bioassays for gene therapy pipelines, including AAV, siRNA, and antibody-oligonucleotide conjugates. Responsibilities: develop and optimize assays such as qPCR, ELISA, and Western blot; maintain mammalian cell cultures; operate laboratory instruments; analyze data; support sample testing for preclinical manufacturing; assist in transferring assays to GMP labs; contribute to troubleshooting and assay validation. Requirements: Bachelor's degree with β‰₯3 years or Master's with 0-2 years relevant lab experience; hands-on experience with cell-based, qPCR, ELISA, and Western blot assays; strong cell culture skills; detail-oriented with organizational capabilities. Preferred: experience with mRNA expression analysis, reporter assays, immunofluorescence, automation, and data analysis software.
