Role: Postdoctoral Research Fellow specializing in Quantitative Biosciences within Early Discovery, focusing on novel drug discovery methodologies such as chemically induced proximity (e.g., molecular glues, PROTACs). Responsibilities: lead mechanistic research using biophysical, biochemical, structural, and computational techniques to decode ternary systems and protein–small molecule interactions; collaborate across discovery chemistry, biology, and pharmacology; author publications and present findings. Requirements: Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Biophysics, Pharmacology, Structural Biology, or related field, with proven expertise in protein interaction assays (e.g., SPR, ITC, NMR), protein biochemistry, structural biology, and computational modeling; strong publication record. Preferred: experience with TPD platforms, high-resolution structural methods (X-ray, cryo-EM, NMR), AI/ML structure prediction tools, and scripting skills. HighValue: early-stage drug discovery, chemically induced proximity modalities, protein–ligand interaction characterization, structural biology, computational biophysics. WorkSetup: hybrid in Rahway, NJ, with approximately 10% travel.
