Role: Pharmaceutical Scientist supporting formulation development of new chemical entities, from first-in-human to market formulations, within a matrix team. Responsibilities: execute laboratory and pilot plant experiments to develop solid oral drug products (suspensions, solutions, capsules, tablets), support manufacturing operations in GMP and non-GMP settings, troubleshoot equipment/process issues, interpret data, and stay updated on new technologies. Requirements: B.S. or M.S. in Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related; expected graduation no later than June 2027; ability to learn scientific principles, perform basic data analysis, and communicate effectively. Preferred: prior lab experience, familiarity with statistical software (JMP, Minitab), numerical analysis tools (Matlab), mechanical aptitude, and a passion for pharmaceutical sciences.
