Associate Scientist, Non-Viral Delivery Tech (Chromatography)

Discover Your Role
- Maintain and manipulate suspension cells
- Operate AKTA systems for small-scale purification using liquid chromatography techniques (e.g., affinity, ion exchange, size exclusion)
- Develop high-throughput protein purification and conjugation workflows
- Characterize purified proteins using methods such as SDS-PAGE, SE-UPLC, and CE
- Manage and organize data and workflows with strong attention to detail
- Troubleshoot logistical and technical hurdles
- Work independently and show initiative to continually improve protocols and processes
- Thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment

This Role Requires
- BS/MS in molecular biology, biochemistry, bioengineering, or a related field
- Strong collaboration skills, attention to detail, and organizational ability
- Preferred: experience with aseptic technique in mammalian cell culture, chromatography, running an AKTA Pure/Avant, and SDS-PAGE/CE
