Specific Job Responsibilities:
- Independently plans and executes assigned experiments that support routine research activities and project goals.
- Demonstrates and applies advanced understanding of project goals and methods.
- Selects appropriate methods and techniques for performing experiments.
- Collaborates with supervisory personnel to develop routine research methods.
- Recommends alternatives; researches new methods and techniques; proactively seeks senior personnel to discuss potential solutions to problems.
- Participates in group meetings; presents results, interprets data, and draws conclusions.
- Works with minimal supervision on projects of moderate to complex scope.
- Uses strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills to provide insight into processes used to achieve results.
- Develops skills in data analysis and evaluates quality of data.
- Suggests new compounds for synthesis based on recent SAR.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree and 4+ years of relevant experience; OR
- Masterโs degree and 2+ years of relevant experience
- Degree in Chemistry preferred
Compensation & Benefits (as stated):
- Salary range: $109,650.00 - $141,900.00
- May be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and discretionary stock-based long-term incentives; paid time off; benefits include company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans.
