Role: Associate Scientist in In Vivo Pharmacology within Pfizer's Oncology Research Unit, supporting preclinical oncology studies of small molecules and ADCs. Responsibilities: conduct tumor measurements, dosing, sample collection, and monitor tumor growth and animal welfare; assist with efficacy, tolerability, and pharmacodynamic biomarker studies; ensure study compliance and accurate documentation; collaborate across multidisciplinary teams. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in biology, pharmacology, or related field; hands-on experience with rodent handling and in vivo oncology procedures; proficiency with tumor measurement, dosing, and sample collection; understanding of oncology pharmacology concepts; strong organizational and communication skills. Preferred: experience with targeted therapies or immuno-oncology models, necropsy, tissue/blood collection, and familiarity with study management systems.
