Associate Scientist, In Vivo Pharmacology

Role: Associate Scientist in In Vivo Pharmacology supporting Oncology and Immunology discovery programs at Bristol Myers Squibb. Primary objectives include designing and executing preclinical in vivo studies in murine cancer and immune-mediated disease models, with emphasis on tumor growth assessment, immune system modulation, and compound efficacy. Responsibilities: perform animal dosing (IV, IP, SC), tumor measurements, immune cell transfers, longitudinal sampling, and operate IVIS imaging; analyze data using GraphPad Prism and maintain accurate ELN records; collaborate with project teams, present findings, and interface with CROs; ensure compliance with animal welfare and regulatory standards. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years’ relevant industry or academic in vivo experience, proficiency in rodent handling, dosing, tumor models, and imaging; strong data analysis, organizational, and teamwork skills. Preferred qualifications include expertise in oncology or immunology disease models, molecular assays, and experience working in cross-functional teams.
