Associate Scientist (Inflammation and Immunology) — Allergy

Responsibilities:
- Handle and care for mice; perform general surgical techniques and collect blood and tissue samples
- Conduct cell culture and in vitro experiments
- Maintain lab/equipment; order supplies/reagents to ensure safe, effective, efficient operations
- Develop new methods/technologies and troubleshoot to advance projects

Qualifications:
- BS/MS with 1–4 years of experience in allergy, asthma, or immunology
- Proven experience in tissue culture (transformed and primary cells), cell-based assays, flow cytometry, ELISA, and MSD
- Proven training with proper mouse handling/care, surgical techniques, and blood/tissue sample collection (highly desired)
- Basic computer skills and experience collecting/analyzing biological data on a computer
- Experience maintaining state-of-the-art lab equipment and accurate/complete record keeping

Preferred Skills/Software:
- GraphPad Prism, FlowJo, SoftMax Pro, MSD Workbench
