Associate Scientist II/Scientist I – Chemical Biology & Mass Spectrometry Technologies

Role: Chemical Biology and Mass Spectrometry Scientist focusing on developing and automating proteomics sample preparation workflows for target validation and off-target profiling. Responsibilities: collaborate on transitioning low-throughput procedures to high-throughput methods, optimize automated sample prep using magnetic beads and liquid handling systems, operate and troubleshoot LC-MS instrumentation, and support data processing and quality assessment. Qualifications: BSc/MSc in chemistry, biochemistry, or related field; 3-5+ years (BSc) or 0-2+ years (MSc) bench experience in proteomics sample prep, proficiency with LC-MS (Thermo, Bruker), and automation platforms (Agilent Bravo, ThermoFisher KingFisher, Opentrons). Preferred: experience with various proteomics techniques (phosphoproteomics, targeted MS), molecular biology, and chemical biology methods, and AI tools for productivity.
