Key Responsibilities:
- Support transcriptomics studies via bulk, small RNA, long read, single cell, spatial, and other platforms.
- Execute day-to-day RNASeq sample preparation, including RNA isolation, library preparation, QC, and sequencing.
- Operate and maintain NGS equipment and supplies.
- Maintain samples and oversee logistics of data generation and collection.
- Prepare protocols and data reports.
- Troubleshoot technical problems; participate in continued development and optimization of existing and new protocols and technologies.
- Train and assist additional personnel as needed.
- Adapt to changing platform needs across workflows, projects, and other tasks.

Qualifications:
- BS in a biological science.
- 1+ years of hands-on laboratory experience in NGS and/or molecular biology (required).
- Experience with laboratory automation, including liquid handling systems such as Beckman Coulter (desired).
- Experience with a broad range of lab techniques (e.g., cell culture, cell-based assays, assay development and/or bioinformatics) (plus).

Pay Range:
- $67,600.00 - $101,400.00
