Clinical Research and Development
In Vivo Pharmacology / Oncology Discovery Research group seeks a highly motivated tumor biologist (G13) to support discovery and development of innovative oncology therapeutics (small molecule and biologics).

Responsibilities:
- Design and execute studies to determine efficacy, PK/PD relationships, and MTD of oncology drugs in immunocompetent and immunocompromised mouse models.
- Conduct drug formulation and administration via SC, PO, IP, IM, and IV routes.
- Develop, maintain, and preserve patient-derived xenograft (PDX) models (plus).
- Utilize optical imaging approaches in vivo with appropriate instrumentation (plus).
- Perform data analysis and support presentation design/communication; use management and statistical software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Study Director).
- Collaborate with in vitro biology, translational/biomarkers, medicinal chemistry, and husbandry teams; work in a multidisciplinary environment.

Qualifications:
- BS with 3+ years of experience, or MS in physiology, pharmacology, molecular biology, or a related biology field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
