Associate Scientist II, Analytical Sciences

Role: Associate Scientist II in the Annealing and Testing group within the RNAi Discovery team, focusing on quality control and formulation of siRNA test articles. Responsibilities: perform analytical sample prep, analyze synthetic RNA using HPLC and MS for identity and purity, formulate and assess test articles via LCMS, UV spectroscopy, and osmometry, conduct Bacterial Endotoxin Tests, and interpret data for presentations. Collaborate cross-functionally to meet research timelines and support research and early development efforts. Requirements: BS in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field; 0-3 years’ experience with analytical instrumentation like HPLC, LCMS, UV-VIS; strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
