Associate Scientist I, Neuroscience

Role: Associate Scientist I supporting early-stage biopharma research and drug discovery. Responsibilities include designing and executing experiments in target deconvolution, hit-to-lead optimization, and assay development; analyzing and communicating data; maintaining compliant laboratory practices; and supporting lab operations. The role involves working with techniques such as flow cytometry, ELISA, Western blot, RT-qPCR, and cell culture, primarily in immunology and inflammatory disease areas. Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Biology or related field with a minimum of 4 years’ experience, or Master’s with at least 1 year; proficiency in cell biology, molecular biology, and high-throughput assays; hands-on mammalian tissue culture; strong data analysis and communication skills; ability to troubleshoot and optimize assays. Preferred skills include knowledge of immune system mechanisms, data visualization, and assay troubleshooting.
