Role: Associate Scientist supporting Regeneron's Host Cell Protein (HCP) analytical program within the Product Biochemistry group, focusing on polyclonal antibody purification and ELISA method development to support process development, CMC, and regulatory submissions. Responsibilities: purify polyclonal antibodies using affinity chromatography, optimize purification protocols, develop and troubleshoot ELISA assays, prepare and manage critical reagents, document experiments per departmental standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
