Associate Scientist supporting pre-clinical, clinical, and commercial formulation and drug product development across modalities (including developability assessment and formulation development for monoclonal antibody-based therapeutics).

Responsibilities:
- Design and execute phase-appropriate formulation development studies (screening, stability, compatibility) for early and late-stage programs.
- Conduct biochemical and biophysical assessments and pre-formulation studies for preclinical candidates.
- Characterize lyophilized or liquid drug product formulations to support process development and manufacturing.
- Provide technical support for development, technology transfer, and manufacture; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Develop and qualify analytical methods for critical quality attributes; support stability testing across development stages.
- Document findings in an electronic laboratory notebook; follow best practices and policies.
- Author protocols and technical documents; support regulatory filings.
- Present results in meetings; support laboratory and instrument maintenance.

Qualifications:
- B.S. or M.S. in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biophysics, Biomedical Engineering, Analytical Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- 0–3 years of hands-on laboratory experience.

Preferred:
- Relevant industry or intern experience.
- Strong experience/knowledge in protein/peptide chemistry; protein biophysical/biochemical characterization; bioanalytical method development; biomolecule product development.
- Hands-on biochemical/biophysical techniques including chromatography (SEC, IEX, RP), viscosity, gel electrophoresis (CE-SDS, MCE, cIEF, iCE), particle sizing (DLS, HIAC, MFI), spectroscopy (UV-Vis, CD, AUC, fluorescence), and thermostability (DSC, DSF).

Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to design/execute experiments and interpret, document, and communicate results with minimal supervision.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated; strong team player.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication.
