Associate Scientist

Role: Associate Scientist in Protein Development supporting therapeutic discovery at Regeneron, focusing on antibody and protein reagent purification and characterization. Responsibilities: perform affinity, ion-exchange, hydrophobic interaction, and size-exclusion chromatography; evaluate protein purity, concentration, recovery, and aggregation; use SDS-PAGE, Western blot, CE-SDS, SEC, spectrophotometry; analyze data, maintain accurate records, and present findings; troubleshoot technical issues collaboratively; manage multiple projects in a fast-paced lab. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master’s in Biochemistry, Molecular or Cell Biology; 0–2 years lab experience in protein purification/characterization; proficiency with chromatography (e.g., ÄKTA systems) and analytical techniques; strong data analysis and documentation skills. Preferred: experience with monoclonal or bispecific antibodies, high-throughput lab workflows, basic programming (Python/R), and team collaboration.
