Key Responsibilities
- Support delivery of robust DS strategies for successful commercialization.
- Support cell culture process development, process characterization, and regulatory filing to enable PPQs and BLAs.
- Apply fundamental knowledge of mammalian cell culture processing of biologics (large molecules).
- Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve program goals (One Team).
- Troubleshoot equipment and cell culture anomalies.
- Communicate to foster collaboration, transparency, and strong interpersonal/communication skills.
- Support business improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Education & Experience: Bachelorβs degree in Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering, Biological Engineering, or related field with 0β2 years of experience.
- What You Bring: Experience in mammalian cell culture operations (aseptic handling, bioreactor operations, media preparation); strong attention to detail; strong verbal and written communication skills; ethical, resilient, committed to excellence.
