Associate Scientist/Engineer, Manufacturing Technology

Role: Support commercial biologics manufacturing as an Associate Scientist/Engineer within Bristol Myers Squibb’s Manufacturing Science and Technology team. Responsibilities include troubleshooting process deviations, conducting root cause analyses, contributing to process validation and lifecycle management, and supporting regulatory inspections and audits. The role emphasizes applying scientific knowledge and data analysis to improve process robustness, monitor performance, and facilitate technology transfer in large-scale cell culture and single-use biologics operations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s in engineering, life sciences, biochemistry, or related field; 3–5 years of experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing, process engineering, or technical operations; knowledge of biologics production, GMP standards, and process troubleshooting. Preferred: experience with process validation, process transfer, and regulatory support activities.
