Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions to solve complex clinical and pharmaceutical challenges.
- Develop and maintain backend systems using Python FastAPI for robust data processing pipelines.
- Implement agentic workflows using MCP tools and an agentic orchestrator such as LangGraph.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (clinical scientists, IT, business stakeholders) on technical timelines and planning.
- Lead multiple concurrent projects while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
- Translate complex technical concepts into accessible insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Independently design and develop business technology solutions via integration, visualization, and analysis of data.
- Demonstrate proficiency across storage, transfer, integration, visualization, and analysis of large/complex data sets.
- Organize and present project objectives and progress; contribute to technical publications and presentations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field with 2 years’ experience, or Master’s with 0 years’ experience.
- Demonstrated experience applying AI/ML in clinical or pharmaceutical contexts.
- Hands-on experience with large language models and machine learning algorithms.
- Strong Python skills (FastAPI, Pandas).
- Backend development experience with FastAPI.
- Experience with Claude Code, MCP servers, and GitHub.
- Experience building applications on AWS infrastructure.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
