Associate Scientist, Computational Biology

Role: Associate Scientist in Computational Biology supporting Cabaletta Bio’s cell therapy research for autoimmune diseases. Responsibilities include designing and maintaining workflows for large-scale datasets (flow cytometry, MSD, dPCR), data mining, developing interactive visualizations, performing correlative analyses, and effectively communicating findings to multidisciplinary teams. Qualifications: MS in computational biology, bioinformatics, or related field with 1-2 years of experience, or BS with equivalent practical expertise. Strong skills in Python, data analysis, and statistical interpretation are required; familiarity with agentic workflows, cloud platforms, and bioinformatics tools are preferred. High-Value: Focus on immune-targeted cell therapies, especially CARTA/rese-cel in clinical stages; collaborative work across Research, Translational, Manufacturing, and Clinical teams; hybrid work setting in Philadelphia; emphasis on data integration from diverse biological assays and visualization for decision-making.
