Associate Scientist, Biology-Discovery

Role: Conducts laboratory and animal studies for developing veterinary or biological products, supporting new or improved formulations. Responsibilities: perform routine and complex lab and animal work with minimal supervision, record data, assist with protocol and SOP writing, and potentially serve as Study Investigator. Requirements: Bachelor's in biology, animal science, or related field; 1-2 years relevant experience; knowledge of aseptic techniques, microbiology, virology, immunology, and animal science; experience with cell culture, PCR, ELISA, Western blot; strong communication and organizational skills. Preferred: animal handling experience, especially poultry; familiarity with propagation of bacteria/viruses. High-Value: focus on veterinary sciences, biological product development, laboratory animal studies, and research documentation. Work setup: not specified; travel ~10%.
