Role: Associate Scientist in Bioassay within Regeneron's Therapeutic Proteins Department, focusing on developing cell-based assays to evaluate antibody and cell therapy candidates. Responsibilities: culture mammalian and primary immune cells, generate engineered cell lines, develop high-throughput functional assays, perform flow cytometry and characterization studies, analyze data, troubleshoot, and collaborate cross-functionally. Requirements: BS with 1+ years or MS in life sciences; experience with mammalian cell culture, cell engineering, and cell-based assays; strong data analysis and communication skills. Preferred: flow cytometry proficiency, immunology knowledge.
