Role: Associate Scientist in Bioassay Development supporting Regeneron's VelocImmune antibody pipeline, focusing on cell-based assay development and characterization of therapeutic antibodies across various disease areas. Responsibilities: develop and optimize in vitro assays (e.g., luciferase reporter, internalization, primary immune cell assays), generate and analyze cell lines using techniques like transfection, transduction, and CRISPR; utilize flow cytometry and imaging; perform high-throughput screens; document and communicate findings. Requirements: Bachelor's in biology or related field with β‰₯3 years, or Master's with 0–3 years of experience; proficiency in mammalian cell culture, in vitro assay techniques, and data analysis; strong organizational and communication skills. Preferred: cell engineering, multi-well assay, flow cytometry, immunology, and antibody development experience.
