Associate Scientist – Automation Core

Role: Associate Scientist supporting laboratory automation operations within a high-throughput core lab focused on R&D and pre-clinical development. Objectives: ensure daily operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of automated systems to support scientific workflows. Responsibilities: operate and maintain equipment such as Hamilton, Opentrons, and HighRes systems; coordinate sample logistics and scheduling; perform vendor-recommended maintenance; uphold lab housekeeping. Requirements: bachelor's in life sciences or related field; 0-2 years industry experience with lab automation; strong organizational and troubleshooting skills; effective communication; ability to work independently and collaboratively; positive attitude toward learning.
