Associate Scientist β Operations (Automation Core)
Typical day may include:
- Operate and troubleshoot automation methods on standalone and integrated systems (Hamilton, Opentrons, HighRes, and supporting off-the-shelf lab devices such as dispensers, plate readers/washers, ODTCs).
- Collaborate with senior team members to review the reservation calendar and alleviate scheduling conflicts.
- Coordinate sample drop-offs and logistics with researchers to maintain lab schedules.
- Perform vendor-recommended instrument maintenance to keep equipment in peak condition.
- Maintain general laboratory housekeeping responsibilities.

To be considered:
- Minimum Bachelorβs degree in life science or related field.
- 0β2 years of industry experience working with automation systems in a laboratory environment.
- Relevant internship experience, and/or strong understanding of molecular biology, flow cytometry, genomic, or cell-based assays (highly beneficial).
- Preferred: experience operating liquid handling instruments (e.g., Hamilton STAR) and knowledge of integrated systems.
