- Characterize molecules using SEC-UPLC, HIC-UPLC, DLS, reduced mass spectrometry, and biolayer interferometry (BLI).
- Oversee integrity and management of recombinant antibody/protein inventory (intake through distribution).

Responsibilities
- Perform high-throughput transient recombinant protein expression and purification.
- Execute analytical assays: SEC-UPLC, HIC-UPLC, DLS, reduced mass spectrometry.
- Conduct mammalian tissue culture to support protein production.
- Run BLI assays (single-point binding and full kinetic binding).
- Maintain detailed record keeping for inventory management and sample tracking.
- Apply molecular biology/protein structure knowledge relevant to antibodies.
- Analyze/summarize data and communicate implications to support iterative engineering.
- Collaborate across biology, chemistry, pharmacology, and translational medicine; organize/share data.
- Maintain accurate electronic lab notebooks; present findings internally.
- Stay current on protein therapeutic production/characterization techniques and pursue professional development.

Qualifications
