Associate Scientist, Analytical Development

Role: Analytical Chemist within Denali's Large Molecule CMC team, focused on developing and validating analytical methods for biologics targeting neurodegenerative diseases. Responsibilities: develop chromatography, electrophoresis, spectroscopy, and mass spectrometry-based methods for product release, stability, and characterization; design experiments to demonstrate method robustness; evaluate data; maintain accurate documentation; author and review method development reports; support formulation and process development timelines. Requirements: B.S. or M.S. in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field; 2+ years in biotech/pharma analytical development; hands-on experience with biologic purity assays, chromatography, LC-MS; familiarity with data analysis software; strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills; knowledge of good documentation practices and statistical data interpretation.
