Role: Associate Scientist in Analytical Development supporting BioNTech's antibody and ADC pipeline, focusing on developing phase-appropriate analytical methods. Responsibilities: design, develop, and execute chromatography (HPLC/UHPLC), electrophoretic, and other analytical techniques; troubleshoot and interpret complex data; support technology transfer and method validation; prepare technical documentation and deliver scientific presentations; collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely data delivery supporting CMC milestones. Requirements: Bachelorโs degree with 8+ years or Masterโs with 5+ years in biopharmaceutical analytical development; strong hands-on expertise in HPLC/UHPLC, biologics characterization techniques (SEC, RP, icIEF, CE-SDS, ELISA, LC-MS); familiarity with method qualification/validation, lifecycle management, and statistical tools; effective team collaboration and communication skills. Preferred: advanced expertise across analytical platforms, experience in biologics characterization, and knowledge of regulatory standards.
