Role: Associate Scientist in Analytical Development supporting cell therapy programs, focusing on lifecycle method management for lentiviral vectors and other modalities. Responsibilities include developing, optimizing, and qualifying analytical methods (e.g., flow cytometry, qPCR, ELISA, HPLC), supporting analytical testing, providing technical oversight to CDMOs, monitoring assay performance, troubleshooting deviations, and authoring regulatory documentation. Collaboration with CMC, Quality, Supply Chain, and external labs is integral. Requirements: Bachelorโs or Masterโs in biology or related field with 2-4 years of experience; proficiency in aseptic cell culture and cell-based assays; strong analytical skills; familiarity with GMP compliance; experience working with biologics, cell, and gene therapies, including CDMOs. Preferred: experience with assay qualification/validation and regulatory guidelines adherence. High-value specifics include support for cell and gene therapy modalities, working in a GMP environment, and involvement with preclinical or clinical-stage projects.
