Role: Associate Scientist in early drug discovery, specializing in molecular biology and immunology to support translational validation of targets for inflammatory and autoimmune diseases. Responsibilities: design and optimize in vitro experiments using primary human cells/tissues; execute biochemical and cell-based assays (e.g., flow cytometry, ELISA, qPCR, Western blot); troubleshoot and interpret data for target validation and mechanism of action insights; contribute to research documentation and team discussions. Requirements: BS or MS in Immunology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or related field; 3+ years (MS) or 5+ years (BS) industry experience; expertise in cellular/molecular biology techniques including cell culture, transfection, CRISPR, and flow cytometry; experience with cell-based compound screening; familiarity with GLP and ELN. Preferred: RNA-seq, cloning, imaging, lentiviral/AAV transduction.
