Associate Scientific Technical Engineer II, PDS&T CMC

Role: Senior Data Engineer specialized in AI-native solutions for biopharma CMC and manufacturing data ecosystems, aiming to accelerate product development, regulatory submissions, and manufacturing decisions. Responsibilities: design and implement scalable data pipelines connecting MES, LIMS, QMS, ERP, and instrument sources; develop semantic data models and ontologies; ensure data quality, governance, and observability; build governed data products optimized for AI/ML, including feature stores and curated datasets; contribute to cloud-based platform architecture, automation, and operational support; influence cross-functional stakeholders in scientific and engineering teams. Requirements: Bachelor's in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field with 2+ years’ experience, or Master’s with no experience; expert-level Python, strong SQL, and proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data tools such as Spark, Databricks, Snowflake; experience in building enterprise-grade data pipelines and data governance compliant with GxP and 21 CFR Part 11. Preferred: experience in regulated biopharma environments, familiarity with manufacturing systems like MES, LIMS, or ERP, and building data infrastructure supporting AI/ML models.
