Role: Associate Scientific Fellow in Process Chemistry, focusing on development of synthetic molecule manufacturing processes for late-stage drug candidates at Takeda's Cambridge site. Requirements: Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD with 7+ to 15+ years in pharmaceutical process chemistry, with deep expertise in cGMP-active pharmaceutical ingredients, late-stage development, and synthetic chemistry. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills necessary. Preferred: extensive multidisciplinary experience, leadership in scientific strategy, and external engagement. Work setup: hybrid in Cambridge, MA, with approximately 5-10% travel.
