Associate Scientific Director, Translational Medicine - Neurology

Role: Associate Scientific Director, Translational Medicine, leading biomarker strategies for neurodegenerative and neuropsychiatric programs from research through late clinical development. Responsibilities: develop and align translational plans, evaluate therapeutic targets, oversee biomarker assay development and validation, manage biomarker data analysis, and contribute to regulatory interactions; collaborate with external KOLs, CROs, and clinical teams. Requirements: BS/BA with 8+ years, MS with 6+ years, or PhD/PharmD with 5+ years in biology, chemistry, or related fields; deep expertise in biomarker development, immunoassay techniques, GxP compliance, and regulatory guidance; strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
