What Youβll Do
- Provide pharmacometrics expertise throughout the drug development lifecycle and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Execute advanced pharmacometrics analyses (PK/PD modeling & simulation; exposure-response) for high-priority programs.
- Identify opportunities where modeling/simulation advance understanding of PK, PD, efficacy, and safety.
- Contribute to Model Informed Drug Development (MIDD) for dose selection, regimen optimization, and clinical trial design.
- Communicate pharmacometrics results to program teams to support data-driven decisions.
- Mentor Clinical Pharmacology and Pharmacometrics colleagues on methodologies.
- Lead/author pharmacometrics sections of clinical and regulatory documents.
- Publish and present scientific findings internally and externally.
Who You Are
- Quantitative scientist with strong experience applying population PK/PD to drug development questions; comfortable on complex problems and multidisciplinary decision-making.
Qualifications (Required)
- PhD in Pharmacology, Pharmacokinetics, Pharmaceutics, or related quantitative discipline.
- 5+ years industry experience applying population PK/PD and advanced quantitative methods to decision-making.
- Deep/exensive experience with advanced population PK/PD methodology.
- Strong understanding of clinical pharmacology principles/methodologies and regulatory expectations.
- Ability to interpret quantitative results and translate into actionable insights.
- Hands-on experience with NONMEM, Monolix, and R.
- Experience with mechanistic or systems pharmacology models (plus).
