What Youโ€™ll Do
- Provide clinical pharmacology expertise to program and study teams throughout a moleculeโ€™s lifecycle.
- Represent clinical pharmacology on development programs; identify opportunities for modeling and simulation to advance understanding of pharmacological activity, efficacy, and safety.
- Develop and implement the clinical pharmacology development plan (strategic, scientific, translational, clinical).
- Define key milestones/decisions; identify risks and mitigation strategies.
- Lead execution of clinical pharmacology studies/analyses; interpret results and recommend actions.
- Conduct hands-on quantitative analysis and present findings to multidisciplinary teams.
- Author/revise clinical pharmacology sections of key documents.
- Serve as subject matter expert for interactions with Health Authorities.
- Align with cross-functional partners, consultants, experts, and vendors; deliver approved timelines.
- Maintain current knowledge of regulatory practices and quantitative/clinical pharmacology methodology.

Qualifications
- PhD or MD/PhD in Pharmacology, Pharmacokinetics, Pharmaceutics, PharmD, or related field.
- 5+ years relevant industry experience (clinical pharmacology and/or clinical PK/PD).
- Ability to analyze/interpret PK and PK/PD data.
- Experience designing/implementing elements of clinical studies and/or clinical pharmacology studies.
- Knowledge of and ability to apply regulatory/ICH guidelines for clinical pharmacology data.
- Hands-on experience with QSP models and/or population PK, PK/PD, exposure-response analyses.
- Proficiency with PK/PD tools (Phoenix, R, NONMEM); Monolix/MATLAB a plus.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Benefits/Compensation (explicit)
- Base compensation range: $144,000โ€“$240,000; eligible for LTI grants/incentive programs.

Location
- South San Francisco office or fully Remote (US resident required).
