Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support development of US marketing tactical plans for existing and potential new indications of Cabozantinib in RCC cancers.
- Ensure successful execution of promotional tactics for US HCPs across personal and non-personal channels.
- Consult with Ex-US and US partner organizations to review and align on promotional message execution as appropriate.
- Align messaging platform and tactical rollout with brand objectives and strategies.
- Ensure key brand messages and materials are effectively communicated at sales meetings.
- Support management of the promotions budget, establish goals and metrics, and measure performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners (field sales, sales training, market planning, regulatory/compliance).
- Collaborate with the Payer Sales Team to develop promotional materials targeting managed care audiences.
- Manage key vendor relationships, including the promotional agency of record.
- Foster trust and a strong culture across marketing and sales teams and with partners.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies governing company conduct.
Education/Experience:
- Masterβs degree in related discipline and 13 years related experience; or BS/BA and at least 11 years; or equivalent combination.
- Experience in product marketing, field sales, or market research/analysis in pharma/biotech.
- Pharmaceutical marketing.
- Patient marketing/advocacy/public relations/digital marketing/sales (plus).
- Oncology experience strongly preferred.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Prioritize effectively; collaborate with multiple stakeholders; blend innovation with pragmatic execution.
- Network internally/externally; use market research and sales force insights to optimize messaging and promotions.
- Strategic thinking, initiative, creativity; meet quantitative and qualitative targets.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Understanding of FDA regulations for drug promotions and experience with Legal/Medical/Regulatory review processes.
- Business travel required.
