Associate Quality Control
What You Will Do
- Support the QC General and Immunoassay team by performing general testing methods for BLE (Breakloose and Extrusion), Moisture Determination by Karl Fisher, and Solid Phase Extractions with UV Spectrometer.
- Support ELISA methodologies testing for HCP (Host Cell Protein) and ProA (Protein A) impurities and qPCR.
Responsibilities
- Perform analytical testing, sample and data management, and equipment maintenance.
- Conduct routine laboratory procedures (sample analysis, standard and solution preparation).
- Document, compile, interpret, review, and enter laboratory data.
- Provide and communicate results; maintain/operate specialized equipment; draft/revise Analytical Methods, SOPs, and technical reports.
- Support introduction of new methods/techniques.
- Perform basic assay and instrument troubleshooting.
Basic Qualifications
- High school/GED + 2 years of Quality experience OR
- Associate’s + 6 months of Quality experience OR
- Bachelor’s
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Immunoassay and qPCR techniques.
- Adhere to regulatory requirements, written procedures, safety guidelines; evaluate documentation/data per company and regulatory guidelines.
- Organize work, handle multiple priorities, meet deadlines.
- Strong written/oral communication; detail-oriented; flexible/adaptable.
- Understand regulatory/safety requirements and cGMPs; appropriately escalate when needed.
- Identify/recommend improvements; learn and follow safety guidelines.
