Shifts Available:
- Sunday β Wednesday, 6am β 4pm (onsite). A1 requires shift coverage including weekdays, weekends, holidays, and during adverse weather conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine QC testing of in-process, final product, and stability samples.
- Perform environmental/facilities monitoring and microbiological testing.
- Review GMP documentation and perform data verification (as applicable).
- Support document revision, project, CAPA, deviation/investigation, and continuous improvement efforts.
- May train analysts on general job duties.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Understand and follow procedures accurately.
- Apply scientific principles to QC testing and proper lab equipment use.
- Communicate effectively with peers/management about task status, roadblocks, and needs.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced team environment; meet deadlines and prioritize work.
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree preferred in science; associate degree with equivalent education/work experience may be considered.
- 0β2+ years relevant microbiological testing or QC experience (preferably in a regulated environment).
- Demonstrated experience with basic laboratory techniques and laboratory safety practices.
- Prior microbiological techniques experience preferred.
Compensation Overview:
- Devens, MA (US): $36.90β$44.71 per hour.
