Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Site Lean Champion with planning, coordination, and execution of Lean initiatives, site priorities, governance routines, and operational projects.
- Manage and coordinate cross-functional projects from initiation to completion (define objectives, develop plans, set timelines, track milestones and deliverables).
- Monitor progress; identify risks/barriers; proactively escalate issues impacting timelines or successful execution.
- Maintain project plans, action logs, dashboards, and tools for visibility, accountability, and timely follow-through.
- Coordinate and facilitate project meetings (agendas, decision/action documentation, stakeholder follow-up).
- Support Lean governance routines and site leadership forums (prepare materials, track actions, document decisions, monitor overdue items, escalate barriers).
- Prepare presentations, reports, executive summaries, and other decision-support materials.
- Gather, organize, and analyze performance data to identify trends and support site priorities.
- Handle sensitive/confidential information with discretion.
- With the Senior Associate Site Operations, help coordinate site visits, leadership events, workshops, and other high-priority activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve project management, communication, coordination, and overall effectiveness.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) + 4 years relevant experience (equivalent combinations considered).
- Knowledge of project management tools/methodologies.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook). PMP, Lean, or Six Sigma preferred (not required).
- Strong planning/organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication across all organizational levels.
- Initiative, adaptability, and ability to work independently with limited direction.
