Role: Associate Project Manager Operations supporting Lean initiatives and site operational projects at a biopharma manufacturing site. Responsibilities: coordinate cross-functional projects, monitor progress, prepare governance materials, facilitate meetings, develop reports, analyze performance data, and support site leadership communications. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience; strong project management skills; proficient in MS Office; PMP, Lean, or Six Sigma preferred.
